STM series mixing eductors are energy-saving products. The robust bell shape minimizes the risk of body damage during maintenance operations, and the Venturi design ensures high mixing efficiency. These eductors provide: Ideal for circulation and continuous mixing of large volumes of liquids and mixing of liquids or solutions in tanks. STM eductors are installed at the bottom of a tank and pressure is applied to spray the solution. This creates flow to a strong negative pressure volume that can absorb four times the liquid, mix it with the solution inside the nozzle, and spray it back into the tank at high speed. 1 HP pump and STM mixing eductor can replace 5 HP mixing eductor. STM trainers are an effective way to get the best performance from recirculating process tanks and are cost-effective because they reduce electricity costs.
